CRUISING FOR CHICKS

If you have never had the opportunity to see baby gulls or terns, this is one trip you don’t want to miss! Being located amidst the largest colony of laughing gulls in the world, we will have spectacular up close and personal views of these absolutely adorable chicks. “Oooohhs” and “Ahhhs” are the normal phrases on board, as these tiny little furballs peek their heads out from under their parents wings. Truly remarkable viewing opportunities abound. We will also take the time to view one of the finest heron rookery and roosts in Cape May County. It is not uncommon to see the following: Snowy & Great Egrets, glossy ibis circling for position, tricolored and blue herons flying in to settle for the night, while the night herons (both black & yellow) begin their evening exodus to begin their hunt. And yes, our abundant ospreys will be in sight! Please call for availability and reservations!
